Description
This painting was done from life and required my returning a few times to make sure I had recorded correctly those all important shadows. The old gentleman on the right was was picked out from another sketch to provide a counterbalance to the crowd rushing away from the viewer! Sadly when I returned to my old haunts in the June of 2016 this place no longer existed.
